Remaining Arrow of Light Sheets - Information

I handed each parent a list of items their son needs to complete their Arrow of Light at the Nov Pack meeting. The information below expands upon the information you recieved.

3 Mile Hike

This must be completed with the Den. The requirement is for the boy to complete a 3 mile hike with the den or an overnight webelos campout (but cannot be the same as the Outdoorsman campout). The camporee was the Outdoor boyscout activity. Thus, those boys that did not attend the Webelos Cub World event this year, or other webelos camp, must complete this hike for the arrow of light.

A breakout would be:
Webelos Only Cub World (Outdoorsman)
Burke Lake Campout (Webelos AOL campout or hike)
Webeloree/Camporee (BoyScout outdoor activity)
or
Burke Lake Campout (Outdoorsman)
Webeloree/Camporee (BoyScout outdoor activity)
Den 3 mile hike (Webelos AOL campout or hike)

I have coordinated with the Scoutmaster from 4077, Steve Routt, and he has agreed to invite us on a hike which we haven’t set the date up yet but will be in January.

Troop Requirements

Obviously I’ve explained the requirements to meet with a troop and get a final conference with the scoutmaster from the troop you decide to go to. By all means, skip a den meeting to attend a meeting with a troop that meets on a Tuesday if that is the one you wish to see. Paul Blasé from our local troop at the church again asked me tonight if any boys want to come visit his troop. He’s actively seeking interested boys in joining their troop. Please see him on any Tuesday evening or you may also contact him via email which I can provide. Do not want to list it on the internet this way.

Character Connection

Some of the boys did not bring this in completed a few meetings ago when we all completed it. This should be done with the parents at home. Once completed, please have them bring in the information that they've completed this with you.
